1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions outline the rules for using the StayForm web service ("Service"), available at StayForm.net. The service provider is StayForm.net.

2. Service Functionality

The Service is a software tool designed for owners and managers of accommodation facilities in Spain. It allows for the creation of unique links to online forms to collect personal data from guests, and then generate an XML file compliant with the requirements of Spanish authorities (including Guardia Civil, Policía Nacional) as part of the guest registration obligation.

3. Conditions of Use

• Use of the service requires registration and creation of a User account.
• The User is obliged to provide a valid email address and to protect their password.
• The User is fully responsible for the data entered into the system, both their own and their guests'.

4. User's Obligations and Responsibility

The User acknowledges that:

• The Service is only a technical tool that facilitates the data collection process.
• The legal obligation to verify the identity of guests and to timely report their stay to the relevant Spanish authorities rests with the User.
• The Service Provider is not responsible for the content of the data entered by the User or their guests, nor for the legal consequences resulting from late or incorrect reporting of data to the authorities.

5. Limitation of Service Provider's Liability

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the Service operates continuously and without errors, but is not responsible for any interruptions in operation caused by technical failures or factors beyond their control. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis.

6. Final Provisions

The Service Provider reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Users will be informed of any changes electronically. In matters not regulated by these terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
